Genus Loci offers a complete range of 'hard' and 'soft' landscape construction services. Our talented and experienced in-house construction team, in tandem with select sub-trade associates, can handle all aspects of the construction process, including excavation and fine grading, pavement and retaining wall installations, masonry work, landscape carpentry, irrigation, landscape lighting, and plantings. Our construction specialties include outdoor living rooms and kitchens, natural swimming pools, and ornamental ponds and water features. We also specialize in ecological restoration and bioengineering, including shoreline stabilization and erosion control. 

Genus Loci builds beautiful, durable, high quality landscapes and outdoor living spaces that usually exceed our clients’ expectations. We will tackle projects of any size, and can install complex designs involving multiple trades. We are particularly adept at working on challenging sites near water with restricted access, difficult terrain and other environmental constraints.  Continuous on-site supervision and coordination is integral to our high quality standards and control procedures.
