Front Garden Design

The landscape design tried to incorporate the architecture of this suburban Newmarket home, designed in the Georgian style, with the use of formal lines and balanced symmetry.
A new front walkway was created with high quality pavers (Unilock Il Campo – known for their rich colours) and natural stone flame top steps to come directly off of the sidewalk and then branch off in two directions, playing off the lines of the house, connecting the driveway and a new entrance to the back garden.
The clean line of the walkway was complimented with a boxwood hedgerow. The courtyard style of the garden was designed to achieve a textured layering effect using plant massing on either side of the walkway, giving the additional benefit of a seasoning flowering effect.
